Looking for something fun for the kids to get up to this summer? Check out the TECgirls Stop Motion Challenge! They are looking for stop motion animation films made by kids across Cornwall from 4 years old to 14 years old.
We would like them to use the films to tell their stories about the climate. It could be something on climate change, ways to help the world or information about the natural world around us. There are 3 age-based categories and 15 winners will win their own stop motion animation kit including a light ring and tripod so they can continue to make amazing films.
Details on how to enter the TecGirls Stop Motion challenge and a tutorial on how to create the films are all available on the Tec Girls Website.
It is free to take part and all of the tools to make the videos (including the video app) are free.
We love films made with recycled objects too! So get creative and get making this summer!
