Job Description
Bluefruit Software is an experienced, enthusiastic software team based in a beautiful location on the north coast of Cornwall. We are looking for a motivated, dynamic individual, who seeks technically challenging work with potential to grow.In this role you would be developing embedded software in an Agile environment, taking projects through the entire design cycle, from proposal to production. This covers a wide range of skills, and although not all these skills are expected, the ability and desire to learn them is vital. You would be involved in projects across many sectors including avionic, automotive, scientific and medical.
C/C++ programming skills are essential, and experience with embedded systems, such as PIC or ARM processors is desirable. Other beneficial skills include a basic understanding of electronics and experience with Agile Practices (TDD, pair programming, etc).
Although qualifications are not required, the candidate would need to evidence learning skills. Every project we take on requires learning new technologies, which makes the role demanding and exciting.
