Crump was previously Marketing Manager at Headforwards, an outsource software development company. During her time there she was awarded Young Business Person of the Year at the Cornwall Business Awards and was recognised as one of Cornwall’s 30 Under 30.
She was on the committee of not for profit organisation Software Cornwall and is the organiser of Google Women Techmakers – South West.
